IT Service Desk Technician
Anchor Point IT Solutions is a Santa Barbara Funk-Zone based outsourced IT Department looking for great people to join our growing team. Sixteen years ago, we hired our first IT Service Desk Technician and today he manages our Service Team as our Vice President of Operations. Eight years ago, we hired a student intern who graduated and now serves as our Finance Manager. With growth comes opportunity and today we are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician.
- Provide onsite or over the phone technical support and peace of mind for Anchor Point clients.
- Resolve Tier 1 and 2 technical issues and manage service request queue.
- Implement various IT projects including Mac and Windows operating systems, cloud services, network printers, wireless solutions and networking equipment.
- Enjoys working with people and excels at problem-solving.
- 1-2 years of experience in the IT field as a consultant or member of an IT Department.
- Certifications in CompTIA Network +, Mac OSX, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 Active Directory are very helpful.
